    “Das Feriendorf Rechlin liegt am Südufer der Müritz und wird östlich von einem Werft-/Industriegelände begerenz, südöstlich von einem Bundeswehrdepot. Nördlich in Richtung Bolter MÜhle befindet sich ein Waldgebiet, welches vor 1945 Wehrtechnisches Testgelände war und somit mit „Betreten Verboten“ Schildern umzäunt ist.
    Gut angebunden ist das Feriendorf an ein Radwegenetz. Zum Ortskern Rechlin sind es ca. 15 - 20 Minuten fußläufig. Wer in den direkten Genuss des Naturparks kommen möchte, muss schon sein KFZ in Richtung Boek bewegen.
    Anzumerken sei noch die Lärmbelästigung durch die Werft und durch Bautätigkeiten im Bereich des Hafens (Radlader Verkehr).”
