Aber die kleinen feinen Törtchen gibt es immer! Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind vorhanden. Die kleine Metzgerei hat sogar an bestimmten Tagen Porchetta (Ferkel vom Grill mit feinen Kräutern gefüllt) und die berühmten Olive Ascolane. Eine weitere Besonderheit ist der Käseladen - etwas den Berg hoch nach dem Marktplatz- sogar Peccorin mit Chili ist zu haben. Dazu jede Menge Rezeptideen. Es ist fast noch ein mittelalterliches Ambiente, das aber an der festa del`uva/Anfagn September zu quirligem Leben erwacht. Jeden Samstag ist Markt und es trifft sich tutta la famiglia.”

    “Je kunt op het park eten, hebben wij niet gedaan. Dat ziet er wel goed uit. Wil je zelf koken dan moet er voor boodschappen moet erg ver gereden worden...(twintig minuten of meer). In de naaste omgeving is er niets, dus ook geen vers brood 's morgens! Let wel: de afstanden lijken wel mee te vallen ( ook naar bezienswaardigheden of de zee bijv), maar het neemt heel veel tijd. Mobil sollte man sein um die Einkäufe zu Tätigen. 3 km nach St.Lorenzo wo es alles für den täglichen Gebrauch bekommt. Ruhiger Ort zum Entspannen Abwechslung gibt es in der Gegend genügend. 30 km ans Meer 60 km in die Berge. Schöne Gegend zum Motorrad oder Radfahren. Die Region ist vom Tourismus nicht überlaufen, sehr angenehm. Einfach empfehlenswert.”
