Holiday apartment in a hilly location with a private veranda, and shared use of a swimming pool and a garden

This holiday apartment is in a hilly location in Cagli.

The apartment of around 30m² is on the ground floor of a house comprising a total of four holiday apartments and has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm), a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen-living room. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. Satellite TV and a DVD player are available. The apartment has heating (payable, see supplementary charges). Free wireless Internet access is available.

Outside there is a private veranda with a table and there is a roofed car parking space. There is a swimming pool on site (8 x 4m, depth ca. 1.50m, open from the beginning of May to around mid-September) and there is a garden for shared use. There are also a wood-burning stove, a brick-built grill and a standing grill. There is a laundry room on site with a washing machine, iron and ironing board for shared use.

The apartment is about a kilometre from the motorway and is easy to get to along an asphalted road.

A little grocery shop, a restaurant and two bars are about a kilometre from the apartment. The apartment is around 20 minutes by car from the beach and the mountains. The apartment is conveniently situated for getting to art towns such as Urbino, Gubbio and Gradara. The Grotte di Frasassi are about a 40-minute drive from the apartment.

    “Wir haben hier nicht gewohnt, sondern gelebt! Auch unsere Kinder (5, 5 und 3) haben sich auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Alles passt hier: Nette Vermieter, top Lage, tolle Wohnung. Und das alles zu einem wahnsinns Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Positiv: Einzigartige Lage: Mitten in der Stadt, zentraler geht kaum - aber dennoch absolut ruhig.
    Die Vermieter: Sehr nett, unkompliziert und freundlich.
    Ausstattung der Wohnung: Super. Alles, was das Leben erleichtert (Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Herd, Waschmaschine und Trockner zur alleinigen Nutzung)
    Schnitt der Wohnung: Genial. Sie ist schlauchartig, auf einer Seite des Treppenhauses das große Wohnzimmer, auf der anderen Seite Küche und zwei Schlafzimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer ist im EG. So können mindestens zwei bzw vier Personen ihre völlige Ruhe haben, während der Rest sich im Wohnzimmer und/oder der Küche aufhält.
    Größe der Wohnung: Für sechs Personen ausgeschrieben und das passt optimal. Die Räume sind groß, es gibt genug Rückzugsorte, aber auch Gemeinschaftsräume. Negativ: Die Treppe ist recht schmal. Für gehbehinderte Personen könnte das herausfordernd sein. Restaurant: Pizza Country - Kinderfreundlich. Das Essen wird schnell zubereitet (man kann vor Ort essen, abholen oder liefern lassen) und schmeckt sehr gut. Ausflüge: Kaisergarten mit Streichelzoo - Für Kinder super. Der Kaisergarten selbst ist sehr hübsch und eine grüne Oase mitten in der Stadt.”
