In the small private garden that surrounds the house there are an equipped veranda, a stone barbecue and a charming dining area on a stilt suspended over a corner of the pool. The second floor is an attic (minimum height 1,20 m). Private parking space in front of the entrance of the house, other free parking spaces in front of the building (subject to availability).
