This holiday apartment is only 200 metres from the town centre with restaurants and shops and is therefore within convenient walking distance.

The garden fearures a terrace with garden furniture for shared use.

The newly furnished, antiallergenic, non-smoking apartment renovated in 2003, with central heating, has a separate entrance and is on the upper floor of a single-family house, of which the ground floor is occupied by the owner. It has a walk-in wardrobe on the stairwell. It also provides a living room (satellite TV, stereo system, DVD player telephone for incoming calls) with a sitting corner and a dining corner and a separate kitchen equipped with the basics, as well as a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, egg boiler, kettle and coffee machine. The kitchen also has a washing machine and a little dining table for two people. The apartment has a single bedroom and a twin bedroom, in which the beds (90 x 200cm) can also be pushed together. The bathroom has a special shower bath, a towel radiator, WC, mirrored window and electronic blinds, as well as a laundry room with a clothes stand and vacuum cleaner.

It is about 800 metres to the beach on foot. Butjadingen is perfect for health and relaxation and is also easy to get to. Whether you are alone, a couple or a family, Butjadingen offers something for everyone in any season. You can explore everything by bicycle along a cycle path network of around 250 kilometres. You can laze in a canopy beach chair on the beaches, play beach volleyball with friends, swim in the sea or the North Sea lagoon, walk to the seal sanctuaries etc.

There is a child safety gate on the stairs and a footstool and child safety tap are available in the bathroom. A child’s travel bed and a highchair are available. It is not possible to bring pets.
