Hedges and extensive gardens separate the houses in this dreamy hamlet south of the commune of Riec-sur-Bélon. The cottage is located 3 km from the coast and not far from the confluence of the two rivers Aven and Bélon. The latter is especially popular for its oyster parks and forest shores. Within 10 minutes there are two magnificent white sand beaches: Port-Manech and Kerfany-les-Pins. The house stands in an enclosed and beautifully landscaped garden of 2,400 m². It is comfortable, bright and well equipped and can accommodate 5 guests. Drive to the nearby village of Pont-Aven (3 km) to look around the galleries known as the School of Pont-Aven, where the painter Gauguin is the focal point. The Carnoët Forest, through which the Laïta River runs before later flowing into the sea, is popular for its cycling trails and opportunities for canoeing.

    “Wir kommen gern wieder. Vermieterehepaar sehr freundlich, wohnen auf Nachbargrundstück. Man hört oder sieht sie aber nur bei An- und Abreise. Sprechen nur Französisch .Sehr schönes und sauberes Häuschen mit kleinen Makeln: Das Bad ist reparaturbedürftig, aber funktionstauglich, wenn man dann mal verstanden hat, wie der Hahn zu betätigen ist, damit warmes Wasser fließt. Wasserhahn vom Waschbecken tropft. Modriger Geruch im unteren Schlafzimmer. Wie die beiden Heizungen in den oberen beiden Schlafzimmern funktionieren, ist auch nicht so ganz einleuchtend. Andere Heizungen kein Problem und intuitiv bedienbar.
    Küche gut ausgestattet mit mehr als genug Geräten, Töpfen, Besteck und Geschirr. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit schönen selbstgemalten Bildern. Sehr hübsche Schlafzimmer mit hübscher Bettwäsche,
    Sehr ruhige Lage. Großer, schön angelegter Garten, von außen nicht einsehbar. Trampolin für die Kinder vorhanden. Traumhafte Umgebung und sehr schöne Häfen. Abwechslungsreiche Natur mit Meer, Klippen, Sandstrand, Wald. Gute Angelmöglichkeiten in Ile Raguenez, Anse de Rospico und im Hafen von Belon.
    Nächste kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Riec-sur-Belon (Carrefour Market) oder Pont-Aven (Intermarche Contact). Nächst größere Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Nevez (Intermarche Super mit Fischtheke) oder in Lorient und Concarneau mit Hyper-Casino, Anglergeschäft, etc.pp.
    Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Bettwäsche, Strom, Wasser und Gas sind im Preis inbegriffen!”
