Apartment in a holiday village without through traffic – absolute peace and quiet

This apartment is quietly situated in a holiday village. The lovely location on a south-facing slope and the well-tended park landscape with a panoramic view of the mountains of the Bavarian Forest will make your stay a revitalising experience.



The cozy and tastefully furnished apartment is located on the ground floor and offers you around 72 m² everything you need to feel really comfortable on vacation. The apartment is ideal for four people. It has a master bedroom with a double bed and an HD TV and radio, a (children's) bedroom with two single beds, a spacious living room with a state-of-the-art internet-compatible 55 inch UHD TV and Blue-Ray / DVD player as well as the fully equipped kitchen with dining area. In addition, you can enjoy a large bathroom with shower and toilet and a washing machine and drying rack, iron and ironing board that you can use free of charge. Insect screens are on all windows and the patio door. A high quality additional guest bed (extra bed) is available.



The apartment has a lovely south-facing terrace with a lawn. Quality garden furniture, a parasol and deckchairs are provided on the lawn. There is also a grill chimney. The outdoor area was completely renovated and newly designed in 2013.



All floors (high quality vinyl flooring) and carpets were 2016 relaid.



The holiday village site has a reception and administration with Internet access, the “Al Lago” Italian restaurant right by the lake with a lakeside terrace, two bowling alleys, a block hut with table tennis tables and children’s playgrounds. The lake with a lawn is a special attraction. In summer it invites you to go swimming in boating, and in winter to go ice skating and curling. There is no through traffic in the holiday village, as only holiday guests can pass the gates. The apartment is in the still young climatic spa town of Arrach in the Lamer Winkel and is ideal for trips into the surroundings or visiting the places of interest in the region. There are extensive hiking areas nearby. Hiking maps and route overviews are available at the reception.

    “Sehr schöne Gegend und weite Aussichten je nach Lage der Wohnung.
    Mann sollte auf jeden fall auf den Hohen Bogen Fahren, eine Geile Aussicht. Positiv: Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und schön um einen kleinen Spaziergang zu tätigen. Negativ: nichts gefunden”

    “Wir würden jeder Zeit diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen bzw. selbst buchen. Positiv: Die unkomplizierte Abwicklung, das Ambiente sowie die Unterkunft mit seiner Ausstattung. Negativ: Das quietschende Bett linksseitig in der Schlafkammer. Ausflüge: Großer Arber - Besuchen sie den Großen Arber und nutzen sie die Seilbahn es winkt ein super Ausblick über den Bayrischen Wald/ Böhmerwald (natürlich bei bestem Wetter)”
