Welcome to this inviting vacation home with a large garden.

In a quiet location, not far from the center of the pretty village of Lanriec, this vacation home awaits you not far from the excellent beaches of Concarneau. You will have all the comfort you need for a successful stay. Warm colors make the house cozy and you are sure to feel at home. The highlight is the beautiful garden. Enjoy the sun on the secluded terrace and make yourself comfortable with delicacies from the barbecue. There is plenty of space on the lawn to relax and romp around.

Concarneau is a lively and picturesque seaside resort with a variety of hidden rocky coves and beautiful south-facing beaches, such as Le Cabellou and Les Sables Blancs. The town is also known for its old town, which is located within massive walls and is almost completely surrounded by water. Visit the town's stores and restaurants, as well as the marina and the cozy waterfront cafés. From the port, you can take a ferry to the Glénan Islands to spend an unforgettable day in a nature reserve with crystal-clear water and white sandy beaches. Several festivals and other events take place in the region during the summer months, and there are many exciting outdoor activities to choose from.

    “Objektbeschreibung und Realität differieren erheblich! Ein fensterloses Loch, das eine Dusche und ein Waschbecken enthielt und nur über die Küche und die ehemalige Garage zu betreten war als Bad zu bezeichnen, ist Hohn. Im tatsächlichen Bad schloß die Tür nur von innen per Verriegelung, die normale Klinkenveriegelung war defekt, ebenso der Zulauf zum Spülkasten der Toilette. Ein Duschvorhang war nicht vorhanden, sodass trotz aller Vorsicht der Boden des Bades immer nass war. Der Flaschenträger in der Kühlschranktür löste sich ständig aus seiner Halterung. Dass das Haus letztmalig 2012 oder 2013 renoviert worden sei, halte ich schlechthin für eine "Ente". Insgesamt machte das Haus einen mäßig gepflegten, lieblosen Eindruck.
