Charming Holiday House in Corridonia with Private Pool and Beautiful View

The holiday house is located far away from the noise of the city, in a hilly landscape with quiet surrounding nature, for pure relaxation.



The country house from 1794 was carefully restored in 2007, to return it to its original beauty. On the ground floor there are the kitchen, the living room and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils, a dishwasher, stove and oven, fridge, freezer compartment, coffee machine and electric kettle. In the bathroom next to the living room there is a washing machine. On the top floor there are four bedrooms, one of which is furnished with two single beds, while the other three have double beds. Two of the double bedrooms have their own bathroom, the other two bedrooms share a third, separate bathroom. Two supplementary beds (folding beds) can be added for two children.



The garden with olive trees that surrounds the house creates a unique atmosphere. The living room opens out onto the veranda, where you can enjoy a good book or just the beautiful view of the landscape. Right next to the veranda there is a barbecue. By the pool, which is for your exclusive use, there are deckchairs and parasols. Measuring 10 x 5 metres and with a depth of 1.2-1.6m, it provides fun and refreshing afternoons for both adults and children.



The holiday house is rented out as a whole, so that you can enjoy absolute privacy. The site affords a magnificent view of the typical Marche landscape, with corn and sunflower fields.

    “Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön in Aussichtslage auf einem Hügel. Es ist sehr gepflegt und der stets sauber gehaltene Pool bietet die Möglichkeit, sich zwischendurch abkühlen zu können. Die Vermieter waren sehr bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt angenehem zu gestalten. Ganz toll war auch das gemeinsame Pasta-Kochen unter der Anleitung von Barbara... :-)
    Wir werden deshalb gerne wieder kommen.
    Kleiner Minuspunkt: Bei mehreren Kindern oder Teenies wurde es zeitweise eng mit dem W-LAN, das hat nicht immer so funktioniert.”
