    “Positiv zu erwähnen ist die Nähe zum Strand und zu einem kleinen Laden, außerdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Negativ ist eine zu steile und teilweise unbefestigte Treppe in den ersten Stock. Die Möbel sind sehr abgenutzt, besonders in der zu kleinen Küche kam es öfters vor, dass die Klappen von alleine herunterfielen direkt auf den Kopf. Das ganze Haus war extrem dreckig (Ungeziefer, Spinnweben und Staub). Die unterste Etage roch stark nach Benzin, da im Waschraum ein Benzinrasenmäher inklusive Benzin stand. Außerdem konnte man die Toiletten noch so desinfizieren, es roch immer wieder nach Urin. Der Sattelitenempfang für deutsches Fernsehen war nur bedingt nutzbar (sehr viel Schnee).
