The building has a large loggia and verandah, furnished with tables, chairs and sofas on which to relax outdoors as you enjoy your unique holiday. Another small detail…there is also a piano available for guests to use.

The property is fenced all round and comprises two independent apartments, each with its own private area. It is also perfect for rental as a single villa.

Luca apartment, Marcheholiday

Luca is one of the three apartments at Casale degli Ulivi. This ground-floor apartment consists of a large 'loggia' furnished with tables, chairs, and sofas to eat and relax outside. 

Situated in a quiet garden of olive trees, this farmhouse enjoys superb views of the valley, as far as the hills and the Apennine mountains.

The living room is bright and tastefully decorated with a mix of rustic and modern styles and has direct access to the swimming pool. The kitchen, connected to the living room through large doors, is well-equipped and functional. The apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, and 2 bathrooms with shower. There is the possibility to add a single bed.

The property comprises three independent apartments, (Giuseppe, Luca, Alessandro), each with its own private outdoor area and can therefore be rented separately or all together.

The villa features a large swimming pool with a beautiful shared sunbathing area with sun loungers and umbrella. At the disposal of all guests there is also a beautiful gazebo. Other shared facilities include laundry room, iron and ironing board. The main building has a large “loggia” and verandah and the outside spaces are furnished with tables, chairs and sofas for the guests’ outdoor relax.  

The villa is located just 2 km from Acqualagna, famous as the white truffle capital of Italy. Here you can find several good restaurants offering a variety of truffle dishes. Thanks to the position of this villa you can easily reach most of the interesting towns to visit in the area and you can enjoy local delicacies in typical restaurants. During spring and summer, there are a lot of outdoor activities to do, such as trekking and hiking in the beautiful hills and mountains of Le Marche.
