One does not need a car in order to get to the beach as it is just a couple minutes away by foot. Countless shopping streets, the promenade, pools and marina are just a few metres away. The next airports are San Javier (20Km) and Alicante (42 Km).
The completely renovated apartment has air conditioning, heating with remote control in every room, HD TV 3D LED-High Definition, satellite receiver for German channels, DVD and WLAN.
