The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family home built in 2008, was renovated in 2021 and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the mountains from the property and its quiet and secluded location the domicile is popular. For use, the following are available: children's playground, swing, climbing frame, barbecue facilities and garden furniture. Seating Area of ​​rustic wood with barbecue. Trampoline with 3.6m diameter, slide, animal enclosure. In the pension (for a fee): Snowmobiling, sauna (on request), solarium, table tennis, fitness equipment, hot tub.

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The Holiday Flat is next to the pension. All offers of the pension can be used. Access is via a field or forest track (asphalted, length 100 m). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
