The apartment is located in a well-maintained Engadine house in Chesa Paterna in La Punt and spans two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find the entrance area, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest WC, and a cozy living room with a sofa, fireplace, and dining table. The upper floor provides four sleeping places: two in a bedroom with a double bed and two in two additional bedrooms, each with a single bed. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, and one bedroom has a workstation with a PC monitor. There is no television in the apartment, but a small balcony is available.

The apartment is quietly yet centrally located. The train station is in close proximity, and the Volg supermarket and several restaurants are just a short walk away.

A ski room, bike storage (for up to 2 bikes), and a washer/dryer are available for communal use.

A reserved outdoor parking space completes this apartment’s offerings.

Upon request, a pull-out bed can be prepared in one bedroom, allowing for accommodation of up to 5 people.
