The beach villa Mendía Playa enjoys a dominant position above the turquoise-coloured Cala Mendía bay on the east coast of Mallorca. The entire outdoor area faces south-east, ensuring beautiful sunrises and long hours of sunshine. An infinity pool awaits you for unforgettable moments. The adjoining lounge area with sun loungers and an outdoor sofa can be comfortably shaded by an awning. From here, you can access another sun terrace screened by hedges with an inviting sun lounger and a gate to the beach. A small sandstone staircase leads from the pool area to a shaded veranda with dining area. Two further small terraces adorn the top floor of the holiday home, each accessible from a bedroom.

The main living area comprises a bright, friendly living-dining room with access to the veranda, a separate, well-equipped kitchen, a cosy TV room with fireplace and an office with sleeping accommodation for two people in the form of a comfortable sofa bed. This room is ideal for working from home, but can also serve as a personal retreat or additional sleeping space if desired. There are also two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest WC on this floor. A staircase leads up to the two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private terraces. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. A carport is available, further rental cars can be parked conveniently on the wide street of the quiet neighbourhood.

The holiday villa is located above the bay of Cala Mendia on the east coast of Mallorca. The beach is just a few steps away and the neighbouring beach of Cala Anguila can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. A supermarket is within walking distance, larger purchases can be made in Porto Cristo, 5 km away, or in Manacor, 15 minutes away by car.
