We offer you two holiday flats away from the road that perfectly combine peace and quiet with a central location.
Description of the flats:
The ENZIAN holiday flat offers a cosy balcony and is ideal for 4 to a maximum of 6 people. Perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends!
Alpenrose is a one-room flat and ideal for 1 to 2 people.
Both flats can also be rented together as they are right next to each other - ideal for two families, up to a maximum of 8 people in total.

Please note that statutory charges and taxes as well as final cleaning, bed linen and towels are not included in the flat price. Unless it is included in the offer. A deposit may be requested in advance and will be refunded approximately 14 days after your holiday.
Additional transit costs per person: local tax 2,80 Euro/night and infrastructure fee 3,90 Euro/night will be charged separately when booking and are not included in the offer price!
A penalty of 200,-Euro/night is due for incorrect details of persons (names, date of birth etc.) or number of persons (more persons than booked). No parties or guests who are not registered with us are tolerated in our flats.

This charming one-room flat offers everything you need for a relaxing stay on approx. 25 m².
The cosy double bed (140x200 cm) invites you to dream, while the table with two chairs and the wardrobe provide plenty of storage space.
A flatscreen with cable TV provides entertainment.
The bright bathroom is equipped with a WC, washbasin and shower.
In the practical large corner kitchen you will find a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and oven - enough for your culinary needs.
