Are you looking for a great place for a group holiday? Then Nieuwvliet is the place to be! The houses at Lepelblad 42 & 44 can be booked together as a group accommodation, ideal for groups of up to 12 people. Thanks to the smart garden layout, the terraces of both houses can be combined into one large 10-meter terrace. There is plenty of space for a table that seats 14 people, perfect for shared meals and cozy evenings.

Havre de Plage is an industrial-modern holiday home with warm accents of wood and rattan. The house accommodates 6 people and one pet and features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The house has an area of 80 m². Upon entering, you will immediately notice the beautiful open space. The hallway leads to the open kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 5-burner gas stove with wok burner, combination microwave, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Additionally, there is a toaster, kettle, Nespresso, and filter coffee machine. The dining area seats six people.

In the living room, there is a large corner sofa by the fireplace. With a comfortable armchair, TV, and sound system, it’s a cozy place to relax. Through the wide sliding door, you enter the garden, where you can enjoy the terrace, lawn, and an enclosed area. There are two parking spaces at the house. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a sink with furniture and a mirror, a toilet, and a shower with both a rain and handheld showerhead. From the upper floor, you have a beautiful view of the dunes.

Dune Évasion is the second house, also suitable for 6 people and one pet, and has recently been completely renovated. With an area of 120 m², this house is more spacious than the first and offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious living room overlooks the garden and flows into the open kitchen, which is equipped with a 6-burner stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, kettle, and coffee maker. There is also a separate TV room next to the kitchen, perfect for relaxation or watching a movie.

On the first floor, you’ll find a washing machine and dryer. The large bathroom downstairs is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet, and also offers a sauna where you can unwind after a day full of activities. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a bunk bed. Additionally, there is a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink. Outside, you can enjoy the spacious garden with a terrace, where children can play, and adults can relax in comfortable lounge chairs. Of course, there is also Wi-Fi available in the house.

Both houses, Havre de Plage and Dune Évasion, are not only comfortable and stylishly furnished but also perfectly suited for groups. The combination of the houses provides the opportunity to enjoy the large outdoor space together. The 10-meter-long shared terrace is ideal for group meals or a barbecue, with ample seating for everyone. Thanks to the flexible layout, both families or groups can be together while still maintaining their own privacy.
