The charming Villa Nonga is located between Artà (4 km) and San Llorenc (10 km) on 42,000 square metres of lovingly landscaped grounds. As there are no direct neighbours, you can feel completely private during your stay. So if you are looking for relaxing peace and quiet, then you have come to the right place. Well-kept gravelled and terraced areas, decoratively and loosely structured by small paths, pretty planting, steps and little walls, characterise the tasteful outdoor ambience and invite you to linger in the open air. A total of 10 very attractive outdoor seating areas are available for this purpose. They are complemented by six comfortable loungers, which are positioned directly by the pool and invite you to relax. The large swimming pool is easily accessible via a Roman staircase, shallow and varies in depth between 0.80 m and 2.20 m. On warm days, you can refresh yourself wonderfully here. From the large covered terrace right next to the house, you have a great view of the pool area, so that any children playing in the water who are travelling with you can be well supervised. You can dine elegantly on various armchairs and chairs in the breezy shade while enjoying the fantastic view over the garden landscape. A BBQ is available for hearty barbecue evenings, allowing you to conjure up a culinary meal on balmy evenings and round off the day in a convivial atmosphere.

When you enter the interior of the villa, you are greeted by a cosy combination of originality and modern furnishings. The unique living area with its rustic natural stone walls, exposed ceiling beams and perfectly harmonising stone floor is a unique highlight. Bright, modern sofas are arranged in this area, where you can relax at any time of day. Original lighting and decoration round off the individual flair in an atmospheric way, where you as a guest are guaranteed to want to linger. For those who wish, this room offers the opportunity to entertain yourself with a good film thanks to the large flat-screen TV with satellite connection installed here. The spacious kitchen, furnished in typical Mallorcan style, offers everything you need for your daily needs in addition to the dining area, including a coffee machine, kettle and many other features. Bedrooms designed in a very special way provide the ideal basis for a restful night's sleep. One bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 metres and two measuring 0.90 x 1.90 metres are available for this purpose. Here, everyone will find a sleeping place to suit their taste. The two bathrooms are both functional and decorative and provide plenty of natural light. Irons and hairdryers are available in the house, so you don't have to waste luggage space by bringing your own from home.

Artà has about 6500 inhabitants and is a particularly beautiful place, free of large hotels. There are some excellent restaurants and great shopping facilities to meet your daily needs. Every Tuesday there is a spectacular weekly market in the town centre, which is definitely worth a visit. Here you will find culinary specialities from the region and can also purchase Mallorcan handicrafts. There are some beautiful white sandy beaches not far away, some of which are still real insider tips. The nearest beaches are in Cala Ratjada, Canyamel, Cala Bona, Costa de los Pinos and the bay of Cala Millor. The atmospheric Villa Nonga is situated in an absolutely secluded location in the beautiful eastern part of the island, just 4 km south-west of Artà. Surrounded by a huge plot of land, you will find complete tranquillity here. You can quickly and easily get to Artà for shopping and other amenities. There you will also find a number of excellent restaurants. There are several sandy beaches nearby, some of which are undisturbed and unspoilt.
