Villa Valérie de Sa Cala is already an attractive eye-catcher from the outside: a small natural stone tower on one side of the house forms a beautiful contrast to the flat roof, which also includes a terrace that protects from the sun on the other side. From there, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the nearby Mediterranean Sea. Speaking of terraces: The house has several, all of which are equipped with seating and some with dining tables. Large, covered areas are spread over three floors and thanks to the south-facing aspect, you can enjoy the sun around the sloping pool to your heart's content. The sun loungers are ideal for sunbathing or you can opt for the romantic sun lounger, whose curtains gently sway in the wind and invite you to take a siesta. If you get hungry, you can quickly prepare a snack in the outdoor kitchen or fire up the barbecue. The garden is small, but certainly impressive - three stately palm trees, a few fruit trees and lush greenery around the pool terrace create a Mediterranean flair.
When you enter your holiday home, you will quickly notice: Someone has a good feel for interior design! Everything is bright and friendly, modern and fresh, well thought-out and very tasteful. The rooms with many windows are spread over a total of three floors. The modern country-style kitchen, which also offers space for dining, is equipped with high-quality appliances and impresses with practical details such as a built-in wine rack, an oven and a microwave at eye level. The living and dining rooms are spacious and merge into one another. A huge sofa area invites you to linger in comfort, while the dining table with glass top and chic upholstered chairs is perfect for sociable evenings over a delicious meal. The three air-conditioned double rooms, two of which have built-in wardrobes, all have pleasantly discreet furnishings and their own access to terrace areas. And of course we must not forget the bathrooms, one of which is en-suite and has a corner bath. The living comfort is rounded off by a guest WC and a laundry room.
Situated in a residential area, the villa is ideal for long walks or bike rides through the countryside in the eastern part of the island. In this respect, you are spoilt for choice: you can either go down to the nearby sea and enjoy the sound of the waves and the sight of the water glistening in the sun, or you can explore the interior of the island and let your soul dangle The typical Mediterranean landscape will enchant you with its fragrant pine forests. For a day at the beach, you only have to walk about 1.2 kilometres to the beach of Font de Sa Cala: Covered in fine sand and surrounded by wooded cliffs, this beach has all the amenities you need, from showers and toilets to sunbeds and parasols, as well as a beach bar and water sports facilities. If you fancy a shopping spree, you can take the road (audible from the property) 7.9 km down to Capdepera, a town largely spared from tourism, which impresses above all with its history and architecture. Browse through the small shops, try the local restaurants and venture up the hill to the 14th century Castell de Capdepera You will be rewarded with a marvellous view!
