Surrounded by olive groves and close to the village, this is a wonderful retreat where you will find plenty of privacy. The 12 metre long pool is surrounded by a stylish sun deck, where comfortable sun loungers await persistent sun-seekers. The spacious furnished terrace areas, many of which are covered, also offer great opportunities, especially the versatile outdoor kitchen, which invites you to simply move your holiday life completely outdoors in the warmer months. This holiday home on Mallorca also stands out with its exceptional facilities for sports enthusiasts: The outdoor crossfit area, the table tennis table and the sand court with net for badminton or volleyball offer plenty of opportunities. The bike workshop in combination with the attractive proximity to easily accessible cycle paths round off the exclusive offer.

The interior of the finca is definitely no less inviting. The aspect of generosity is consistently continued here at first glance. Generous living space makes it easy for a larger group of holidaymakers to enjoy private retreats and well-deserved peace and quiet. The furnishings, which are not bound to any particular style, create a pleasant, casual atmosphere that invites you to relax. The lower living level has been completely renovated and houses the indoor sports and wellness area with sauna, whirlpool and fitness room. Some of the guests will find space in the bedroom and its bathroom. There are three further bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor. The cosy living/dining room and the fully equipped kitchen are also located here.

The bright apricot-coloured Finca Can Roser is located around 9 km southwest of the picturesque town of Santa Maria in the centre of Mallorca. Here you are in a breezy environment and the nearby road, which is audible depending on the wind, connects you to attractive excursion destinations and a good infrastructure in no time at all. Go shopping in Palma, just 14 km away, or treat yourself to a long day at one of the beautiful beaches on the south coast, e.g. Passeig de Molinar (13 km) or Cuidad Jardin (10 km).
