In the sea view villa Es Rafal de Baix, up to eight travellers can enjoy a wonderfully peaceful holiday in a beautiful rural location. The owners have lovingly designed this holiday home for holiday rentals, creating an absolutely inviting ambience. The outdoor area radiates an appealing idyll and entices with the beautiful pool with sea views, the lush planting of palm trees and other Mediterranean plants, the ramified terrace area, the walled barbecue and various attractive seating areas. The centrepiece of the outdoor area, the slightly elevated pool with its surrounding lounge terrace, offers a view of the beautiful surrounding landscape and is a particularly exposed spot that you will want to return to again and again. You can relax to your heart's content on a total of eight pool loungers under the deep blue Mediterranean sky and enjoy the peace and quiet. There are plenty of parasols available to protect you from the strong UV rays. You can also look for an airy, natural shady spot, which is easy to find depending on the time of day, for example on the rustic stone seating area right next to the pool terrace. A cosy and picturesque covered terrace awaits you at the house. Wooden furniture is combined with natural stone and original décor in an absolutely atmospheric way, creating a very peaceful area for dining together at any time of day. A dreamy little staircase leads up to a roof terrace outside the house, which is partly covered with a bright bamboo roof and is another potential favourite spot. Sitting here at sunrise or sunset with a delicious drink: a very special luxury that you should definitely take advantage of!

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

From the terrace we enter the pretty, open-plan kitchenette with fireplace. Generously designed, this area has everything we need for everyday use, including a microwave, toaster and kettle. The massive table in the centre is perfect for eating together indoors. From here, a few steps lead down to the extraordinary living room with its vaulted ceiling. Warm colours and materials made of stone and wood characterise the atmosphere. A flat-screen TV, two comfortable sofas, another dining table and an exit to the terrace are available here. On the ground floor there is another small living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. The bedrooms are very individually furnished with a great sense of aesthetics and invite you to enjoy a restful night's sleep. Sleep relaxed and restful in a comfortable bed with the following dimensions: four of 0.90 x 1.90 metres, one of 1.40 x 1.90 metres and another of 1.50 x 1.90 metres. Pretty exposed-beam ceilings, light-coloured walls and harmoniously integrated floor tiles create an atmospheric setting for the tasteful interior. The bathrooms also impress with their individual, appealing design and high-quality furnishings. Mosquito nets, a hairdryer and an iron are available in the house and do not need to be brought from home.

Artà has around 6,500 inhabitants and is a particularly picturesque town without large hotels. There are several excellent restaurants and excellent shopping facilities. Every Tuesday there is a weekly market here with an interesting arts and crafts market. In Son Servera you can visit the weekly market every Friday. Nearby beaches can be found in Cala Ratjada, Canyamel, Cala Bona, Costa de los Pinos and in the bay of Cala Millor.

The romantic villa Es Rafal de Baix offers a great living ambience for up to eight people. It is located around 5 km south of the beautiful town of Artà in the east of the island. You will find supermarkets for your daily shopping as well as some excellent restaurants. The beautiful natural sandy beaches are within easy reach of the holiday home.
