The rustic country house Can Tomeu de Son Negre is closely linked to its surroundings, as the south of Mallorca offers breathtaking natural beauty, azure blue bays with sandy beaches and surprising small towns with numerous sights. The authentic farmhouse not only promises a varied holiday, but also offers you everything you could wish for from your holiday: Peace, relaxation and quality time together. The lavish design of the Mediterranean garden alone, with tall palm trees, olive trees and lawns, contributes to valuable relaxation. Surrounded by lush greenery, the mosaic-covered pool offers you a refreshing dip in the morning or late at night. On the adjoining sun terrace made of natural stone, you can enjoy the pure blue of the sky or read a good book while the children can work off their energy in the pool. We love both the garden kitchen under the hexagonal pavilion with dining area and the second outdoor kitchen under the covered terrace, which is directly adjacent to the house.

The comfort for six people, ideal for two families, is rounded off by three differently designed bathrooms. Particularly practical: the blue shower room has an exit to the garden and therefore also functions as an extremely comfortable outdoor bathroom. Experience the relaxed pace of Mallorcan country life and immerse yourself in the surrounding wineries. The classic farmhouse Can Tomeu de Son Negre is a detached country house with a Mediterranean garden and beautiful pool. The holiday home is located in the southern part of the island between Felanitx and Cas Concos de Cavaller. Both towns can be reached in a pleasantly short drive due to the proximity to the main road, which can only be heard occasionally in certain winds. If you like beach holidays, you will discover beautiful sandy beaches about 15 km away.
