A holiday dream come true: the beautiful finca Can Miquelet, just a few minutes' drive from the charming town of Deia, is so much more than just a holiday home for eight people on Mallorca. Built from natural stone and equipped with the island's typical wooden shutters, it nestles on one side against a wonderfully green slope, while on the other side it offers a fantastic view of the Mediterranean. On the paradisiacal plot with the lovingly landscaped and well-tended garden and the various, invitingly furnished terrace and lounge areas, you can enjoy one hundred per cent privacy and, thanks to the south-facing orientation, sunshine almost all day long. If you need to cool off, jump into the pool with a view of the sea. Afterwards, one of the comfortable sun loungers invites you to take a well-earned siesta and enjoy a delicious sundowner. You can easily park up to four hire cars under the carport right next to the house.

Everything is just right here: white walls, warm natural colours and materials, bright blue and artistic tiled floors create a fresh, summery, maritime flair throughout the house. All rooms are bright and friendly, many large windows let in the Mediterranean light and some handmade, original pieces of furniture and high-quality furnishings create an incomparably luxurious atmosphere. The home accessories, from the lamps to the sofa cushions, have been selected with great taste and attention to detail. While the spacious entrance area, the kitchen open to the dining area, the cosy living room with fireplace and a double bedroom with chic en suite bathroom are located on the ground floor, three further double bedrooms, all three with en suite bathrooms and two of them with direct access to a terrace with garden and sea views, are located on the upper floor. This view is simply unrivalled: the elegant natural stone finca Can Miquelet was built in a paradisiacal south-facing and hillside location directly by the sea. In absolute tranquillity and in harmony with nature, the beautiful property and the lovingly landscaped garden with pool and various terrace areas form the perfect retreat. Shopping facilities and the nearest beach are nevertheless within easy reach: The enchanting artists' village of Deia is only around 2.5 km away, while the bay of Cala Deia is around 3.8 km away.
