With its straightforward design, Villa Arcadia 50 is the perfect holiday home for architecture lovers. Just as it is for anyone who wants to live in comfort and style. The modern holiday home offers space for up to six people. It was built on a hill in an exclusive neighbourhood near Cala Ratjada on the east coast of Mallorca and offers a fantastic view of the nearby Mediterranean Sea and the cliffs in front of it. You can enjoy this view from the spacious covered terrace areas as well as from the sun terrace by the saltwater pool. And even when you are in the pool, which also has a shallow area for children, you can look directly out to sea thanks to the glass railing. You can go on wonderful walks and hikes in the immediate vicinity of your holiday home and conveniently park your hire car in the garage.

This villa is also really chic on the inside: the many windows let in lots of light and provide a fantastic view of the sea. They are also fitted with blinds and shutters to ensure that the house doesn't get too warm on sunny days. Lots of white and natural colours, combined with designer furniture and carefully selected home accessories, conjure up a friendly and stylish atmosphere throughout the house. On the ground floor, there are two tastefully furnished bedrooms with a shared, modern bathroom with bathtub, an inviting entrance area and a practical laundry room. The upper floor at pool level impresses with a large living room, a spacious guest WC with shower and a workstation that is perfect for a home office Connections are available if you want to bring your laptop. The kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances, and the open-plan dining area are also real highlights: From here, you can enjoy views of the terrace and the sea thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. A further bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom round off the living comfort.

Outstanding views: Villa Arcadia 50 was built on a spectacular hillside location in an exclusive residential area of Cala Ratjada on the east coast of Mallorca. From the house and the property, including the pool and terrace areas, you can enjoy a direct view of the cliffs and the sea.
