Villa Clonenell is over 100 years old and has been carefully and lovingly renovated by its friendly owners to give it a modern look. The south-facing villa offers a sun-drenched terrace and a slightly elevated pool area. Enjoy the typical features of a Mallorcan country house in a beautiful location that offers many opportunities for hiking and is still characterised by agriculture. Our aerial photos perfectly show the beautiful, tranquil location. With green surroundings as far as the eye can see and the sea just close enough to smell, you can enjoy the mild Mediterranean climate undisturbed. After a dip in the pool with child-friendly step access, you can sunbathe on the surrounding terrace with comfortable deckchairs. The sunny space between the veranda and the pool is ideal for playing board games. If it gets too hot, you can simply move the table with its lightweight aluminium chairs into the shade of the large tree in the garden. You can also set up a table tennis table in the courtyard to play a relaxed tournament with the children. Under the veranda there is a dining area with chic wicker chairs and a round table. From here you can access the interior of the inviting house.

The compact room layout is perfect for a cheerful family holiday. The open-plan living and dining area is the centrepiece of the lovingly renovated house, which has fantastically preserved the traces of its past. The cosily furnished living area has a fireplace that lends the entire room a lovely atmosphere. A brick bench with quarry stone panelling invites you to relax and extends to the dining table in front of the open-plan kitchen, which is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a large stainless steel fridge-freezer and much more. The area becomes a great multifunctional space for the whole family to cook, play, read or watch TV together. Next door is a rustic farmhouse parlour with several nostalgic memorabilia reminiscent of the building's agricultural past. The family-friendly house is ideal for up to four adults and two children. In addition to two bedrooms, each with a 1.40 metre wide double bed, there is a children's room with bunk beds where siblings or friends can create their own little kingdom. The two stylish bathrooms, one with a bathtub, the other with a trendy walk-in shower, contribute to a relaxing holiday full of exciting possibilities.

The coastal region in the east of the island is popular with so many visitors for a reason. There are still many unspoilt areas full of rich and varied nature, agriculture and rolling hills that slope down to the sea. Despite the proximity to nature, you have access to an excellent infrastructure from the villa. Villages such as Canyamel and Capdepera are only about 3.8 and 5 kilometres away respectively. Via the nearby country road, which is rarely heard in the wind, you can reach the surrounding villages and the coast in just a short drive. In medieval towns such as Capdepera and Artà, you will find numerous sights such as a castle with panoramic views or an impressive pilgrimage church. A stroll through the narrow streets and a shopping spree in the small boutiques or at the market, which takes place every Tuesday, is also a wonderful way to pass the time. If you enjoy playing golf, the Canyamel golf course is practically next door.

It is located in an attractive rural area between Canyamel and Capdepera. Both towns are ideal for your daily shopping and are within easy reach.
