Villa Els Clepes is the perfect place for anyone who appreciates a traditional ambience but also wants to enjoy the experience of a technically well-equipped holiday home with high-quality amenities. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed on this huge, secluded property. As soon as you arrive in front of the two-storey building with its traditional brickwork, you will be excited to see what it looks like inside and out. As you walk around the house, where the beautiful, expansive property unfolds before your eyes, you will notice many almond and carob trees as well as some other plants native to the region. From the paved terrace, it is only a few steps across the lawn to the pool. It is surrounded on two sides by a wooden terrace. Here you can perhaps find a nice spot on one of the many sun loungers available with a cool drink in your hand and simply relax and enjoy the view. Simply great - the ultimate holiday! The grounds are also enhanced by a small pond with goldfish. The built-in outdoor barbecue is located in its own covered area, along with a sink and a large worktop. Here you will want to prepare the fresh local food you buy at the market before you grill it and enjoy it all in one place. Food, good company and a marvellous view are a given here. You will find shade under the parasols, under the roof of the barbecue area and at the additional dining table on the north side of the house.

The ground floor of the house has some beautiful tiled floors. In almost every room, one wall is at least partially clad in traditional brickwork. The house is perfectly positioned to make the most of the sunlight, even indoors, and all the rooms feel bright and cheerful. The large living room is attractively and comfortably furnished. The living area is arranged to face the television and the fireplace. Here you can relax for hours, whatever the weather outside. Adjacent to this room is a kitchen that opens up to the dining area, fully equipped to fulfil every wish. There is another table in the dining room - another great place for good conversation in good company! The other rooms on the lower floor include two air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional WC. Upstairs you will find a second living room with TV and three further air-conditioned bedrooms, which are comfortably and attractively furnished. They are ideal for a restful night's sleep after the day's adventures. All bathrooms, both upstairs and downstairs, are equipped with modern fittings, plenty of windows and warm, bright lighting. The roof terrace offers a marvellous view of the fascinating landscape surrounding the finca; access is via the largest room on the upper floor.

The nearest town, Son Servera, is five minutes away by car. The small town of Artà has some lovely shops and a medieval fortress and is definitely worth a visit. If you are looking for a change, we recommend a trip to Cala Ratjada, where you will find a nice selection of shops, bars and nightclubs. The villa is located approx. 200 m as the crow flies from a country road and offers good access to the local motorway network. The idyllic little bay of Cala Torta has a bistro on the beach serving delicious, fresh fish; it is only a short drive away, just 8 km beyond Artà. Villa Els Clepes is located on a secluded estate in the east of the island, just a few kilometres from Artà. Beaches and towns are easily accessible from here.
