Villa Avinguda del Pinar 89 is nestled on a hillside with lots of trees: the unspoilt hills to the rear and endless views of the Mediterranean to the front. The pool is large enough to swim a few laps while enjoying the view of the sea. The owners have also furnished the surrounding terrace with terracotta tiles and high-quality furniture. After all, you should be able to make yourself comfortable while sipping a glass of wine under the parasol or welcoming a few guests. The property covers a total of 2000 m², providing plenty of space to get out of each other's way if necessary.

Huge panoramic windows allow plenty of light into the interior of the house. In the living room, which is located right next to the dining area, you will find a rattan seating area and more sofas in subtle shades of blue and grey. Here you can relax and watch a film after a day in the sea air - thanks to modern satellite technology, you can even receive international channels. Attractive pictures on the walls create a cosy atmosphere and every corner of the house has its own unique charm. For example, the round dining table in the living room. Another table awaits you in the extremely spacious kitchen, where you can chop up ingredients for your dishes or enjoy your meals. The picture with sailboat motifs adds to the maritime flair of the interior design. Two bedrooms, each with two single beds, share a bathroom, while the bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor has the luxury of its own bathroom. There is a further bedroom suite on the upper floor, which is also equipped with two single beds and its own bathroom. Another plus: each bathroom has a bathtub for a sensual end to the day. Two of the bedrooms also have their own private TV so you don't have to argue about what you want to watch.

Mallorca's east coast offers a wealth of holiday destinations and coves for an all-round relaxing family holiday and thanks to the good transport links via the road audible from the villa, you can quickly reach the most popular places on the island. In the medieval town of Artà (14 km away) you can stroll through narrow alleyways; the picturesque harbour promenade of Cala Ratjada (18 km) also invites you to take a stroll; in the park of the palace of the billionaire March, right by the sea, there are sculptures by famous artists; and both the castle and the cape of Capdepera (15 km) offer you a breathtaking view as far as Menorca. For sportier holidaymakers, we recommend a hike up the Puig de Ferrutx or Puig de sa Tudossa, the starting point for both is the Ermita de Betlem. An attractive golf course is also just 2 kilometres away. There is no doubt that you will not run out of things to do if you choose this villa. A quiet villa neighbourhood near Costa del Pins is the perfect starting point for exploring the east coast with its varied beaches. Located between Cala Ratjada and Cala Millor, Villa Avinguda del Pinar 89 offers enchanting sea views and is just 2 km from Cala Auberdans. The sandy bay of Sa Marjal with its beautiful beach bar makes a day of swimming even more enjoyable. In Canyamel, Son Servera or around the harbour of Cala Bona you will find attractive boutiques and restaurants.
