Set in an idyllic rural setting, surrounded by enchanting Mediterranean charm and with breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, this is the perfect holiday retreat for anyone who doesn't want to settle for anything less than perfection at the most wonderful time of the year. When we visit the property, the first glimpse of the extensive garden almost leaves us speechless - it looks like a perfectly manicured park that fulfils the requirements of even the most discerning aesthetic demands. Wide, manicured lawns with paths, low stone walls and pillars not only characterise the lush greenery of the property, but also make it hard not to be swept away by the romantic atmosphere. The 10 metre long pool is surrounded by a beautiful wooden terrace, adorned with fantastic spots to relax under the deep blue Mediterranean sky. From clean, white outdoor daybeds to stylish wooden lounge chairs, every spot is highly coveted and best of all, there's plenty for everyone! Lie down and immerse yourself in the beauty and diversity of the surrounding landscape and let your gaze linger on each picture and soak it all up. And on hot days, cool off by taking the occasional dip in the shimmering turquoise waters of the ladder. accessible pool, complete with a chic, modern waterfall. Every room in the house has direct access to a terrace or, upstairs, a balcony (three in total). Halfway up the stately house with its elegant natural stone façade is a covered terrace, furnished with several small tables and other first-class seating. The large dining table next to the house is ideal for communal meals. However, a second table, cleverly placed right next to the pool and barbecue, provides the perfect atmosphere for a stylish dinner.

The interior of the villa lives up to its spectacular exterior in every way. The light-coloured furniture, including some designer pieces, harmonises perfectly with the white walls, exposed ceiling beams and high-quality flooring, creating an atmosphere that is simply second to none. This truly magnificent living space will not only make you feel at home in this environment, but also give you the feeling that you have entered a world of refined elegance. The ground floor is arranged around the stately dining room with its huge table, along with a living room where you and several others can lounge on the extremely comfortable sofa and spend the evening hours watching a good film and listening to beautiful Christmas music, or just sitting around, laughing and talking. If you want to get in touch with people at home online and send them your pictures and stories, it's easy with the wireless internet connection. The sleek, modern-looking kitchen is equipped with everything you need for everyday holiday cooking, with state-of-the-art appliances including an espresso machine and kettle. Enjoy preparing meals for everyone around a handy island in the centre and perhaps enjoy a refreshing aperitif while you're at it. On the ground floor there is also a toilet and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room. Upstairs you will find three bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom, dressing room and balcony, one of which even has an open-plan adjoining room with an additional single bed that serves as an excellent sofa during the day. All sleeping areas are air-conditioned and lots of white combined with natural wood tones create a bright and cheerful atmosphere. The elegant design of these rooms reflects the overall concept of the house well. The same applies to the bathrooms, which each have their own style and are spacious enough to offer every holidaymaker comfort. One of the bathrooms is even equipped with a luxurious whirlpool bathtub. The rooms have irons and hairdryers, so you don't have to lug these items all the way from home.

Overall, the villa is extremely attractive, but the quiet, rural location also has a lot to offer anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday here. At the same time, it is only half an hour away from the beautiful beaches on the north side of the island; the long sandy coast that stretches along the bay of Alcúdia is just one of many great places to spend a day at the beach. Those who are more athletically inclined may want to go exploring and discover the unique wonders of the Serra de Tramuntana, which offers a marvellous natural backdrop for various hiking trails. So close to nature and yet conveniently located, Villa Ses Rentadores is a place where you can enjoy an all-round successful and varied holiday at the highest level.

The exclusive Villa Ses Rentadores is located just 1.2 kilometres from Selva Gardena and is set in 14,000 m² of park-like grounds. From here you can easily walk into town; the next largest town, Inca, is only 10 minutes away by car. The beautiful beaches and bays in the north and east of the island can also be easily reached by car.
