The exterior of the building, which consists of quarry stone and honey-coloured plaster surfaces, combined with a Mediterranean garden full of palm trees and fruit trees, creates the harmonious image of a rustic villa with natural charm. Ses Camesroges blends harmoniously into the gentle landscape. At sunrise and sunset, you can enjoy the magic of the light with pastel colours on the rolling hills from the outdoor seating area. Your friendly landlord invites guests to help themselves to fruit from the fruit trees to enrich their meals. After a sumptuous breakfast on the covered terrace, you can take a stroll through the garden and pay a visit to the good soul of the villa, the lovable pony called Boira. Experience has shown that Boira will win the hearts of our youngest visitors and adults alike in no time at all. On your walk you will pass the pool area, which is a little further away from the main house. The elevated pool (called Safreig in Mallorcan) is accessible via a staircase. For a little relaxation after a swim, there are sun loungers on another terrace right next to the house. If necessary, you can open the parasol and immerse yourself in an exciting book.

The interior of this charming antique villa also radiates seductive optimism and a welcoming energy. Here, natural materials such as wood, terracotta tiles and numerous windows create pleasantly bright rooms in a successful mix of styles. The spacious living room with sumptuous furniture promises cosy evenings by the fireplace. The adjoining living room with kitchen with country-style furniture offers another exit to the terrace, so you always have only short distances to cover, no matter where you take your meals. You can add some variety to your culinary activities by cooking either on the gas hob or outside on the barbecue. The two bedrooms and one single bedroom with plenty of storage space are ideal for a family or even five friends. While the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and bidet, the second bathroom is available to all guests and has a large walk-in shower. Neural ceramic tiles and pretty, hand-painted decorative edges skilfully add colour accents to the authentic interior of this beautiful summer house, which can also be rented at an affordable price in high season.

Ses Camesroges is located near the medieval town of Capdepera. With its narrow streets between houses decorated with flowers, the town has retained its authenticity. From the castle, you can enjoy a fantastic view over the coastal landscape as far as Cala Ratjada. In summer it is lively and offers a wide selection of good restaurants. The villa is also ideal for beach lovers due to its proximity to the country road, which is only occasionally audible. Cala Mesquida will not only delight you with its fine sand and turquoise-coloured water, but also with the adjacent dune landscape, which can be reached on foot via wooden walkways and ends in a pine forest. At the end of your exciting holiday excursions in this beautiful north-eastern region, you can retire to your exceptionally inviting villa and enjoy a relaxing evening.

The historic Villa Ses Camesroges is situated in a pleasant rural location between the medieval town of Capdepera and Cala Mesquida. You can do your shopping just a few kilometres away in the town at the local supermarkets or at the weekly market on Wednesdays. The beach of Cala Mesquida with its turquoise-coloured water and wonderful waves can be reached in less than 10 minutes. Other natural beaches invite you to be active.
