This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

Finca Can Gall de Costitx is located in the heart of the island of Mallorca, surrounded by a dreamlike, peaceful landscape with direct views of the Traumuntana mountains. The room layout creates a cosy and homely atmosphere.

The upper floor of the finca is ideal for families and good friends thanks to its special room layout.

Ascending the stairs, you first reach a bedroom with two single beds, which is perfect for children or single travellers. From there, the staircase continues upwards and after three more steps you reach the spacious master bedroom, which is located on an open gallery above the living room. This bedroom impresses with its airy design and direct view of the living area below. Both bedrooms on the upper floor share a bathroom, which is equipped with a shower and two washbasins. The bathtub is not available out of consideration for the limited water resources on Mallorca. This decision helps to reduce water consumption and contributes to sustainability.

Two bedrooms on the ground floor are connected via a hallway and bathroom and share a bathroom with shower and two washbasins. The rear bedroom offers direct access to the garden (see floor plan of the finca)

The living areas are stylishly and cosily furnished, with a large sofa and a TV for evenings together (smart TV). The kitchen is well equipped and has direct access to the terrace, so you can enjoy meals comfortably inside or outside.
The hot/cold air conditioning system provides additional heating in the bedrooms, living room and dining room/kitchen in winter.

The kitchen has a bar that opens onto the glazed dining room (conservatory). The light-flooded conservatory of the finca offers an ideal retreat for relaxing hours. Surrounded by large windows overlooking the Mediterranean garden, this room is perfect for enjoying the tranquillity of the surroundings - be it with a book, a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Please note that the windows in the conservatory cannot be opened.
To prevent boredom during the day, board games and toys for small children (Lego, cars, building blocks) are available in the house.

The spacious outdoor area of the finca invites you to relax and enjoy. The garden is planted with Mediterranean plants such as palm trees and bougainvilleas and offers numerous seating and sunbathing areas.

The large pool (72 square metres) with a surrounding terrace is perfect for cooling off on hot days or enjoying the sun.

A private tennis court with tournament dimensions (20 x 40 metres) is available for sporty guests. Please note that the court is not cleared of moss during the winter months (November to March). Normal cleaning takes place.

A brick-built barbecue area on the terrace is ideal for cosy evenings.

Location - central and ideal for exploring the island
The finca is located in a quiet rural setting. Ideal for relaxation and recreation. Aircraft noise may be audible if the wind direction is unfavourable or if there are changes in aircraft movements. Thanks to Mallorca's central location, you can reach beaches and excursion destinations quickly and easily. Even the most famous beaches such as Es Penyo or Can Picafort are just 30 kilometres away. Here you can spend a relaxing day swimming before returning to your charming finca "Can Gall de Costitx" in the evening.

In Costitx and Sencelles, both 3 km away, you can experience authentic village life with small shops, bars and beautiful bodegas.

Note for guests:
The bathtub on the upper floor is not available for environmental reasons. The showers in the bathrooms provide the necessary comfort.

Due to the room layout, the finca is best suited for guests who know each other well, such as families or close friends.

Water is a valuable commodity in Mallorca. We therefore ask you to use it sparingly.
