The holiday home has a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with kitchenette and a private terrace with garden furniture. Guests also have access to air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with satellite connection. Natural stone elements, classic exposed beam ceilings and terracotta tiles convincingly frame the cheerful interior and radiate a warm atmosphere that invites you to linger. Thanks to its favourable location on the east side of the island, the holiday home offers a world of excursion and activity options that leave nothing to be desired. It is located on the beautiful and completely modernised Ses Cases Noves estate with its extensive grounds, most of which have been designed as a beautiful garden. Ses Cases Noves is a typical Mallorcan agroturismo with a total of 9 modern holiday homes. It is a combination of private villa and hotel. A perfect holiday awaits anyone who wants to enjoy the peace and quiet of their own rural villa, but does not want to miss out on the typical hotel amenities (linen and towel change, room cleaning, bakery service, etc.). At Ses Cases Noves you can indulge in pure harmony and unwind. Various seating options and alcoves invite you to linger and dream to your heart's content. Children will also find everything they could wish for in the playground with fall protection flooring, where they can romp around and explore. Of course, great importance is attached to swimming. On warm days, you can swim and refresh yourself in the no less than 14 metre (communal) pool, which is safely separated from the rest of the property by a fence. The pool is tiled with fine blue mosaic tiles and is easily accessible via wide steps. You can relax to your heart's content on the sun loungers and perhaps switch off for a while and do nothing - after all, you are on holiday. If the sun is too strong, you can use the parasols or look for one of the many shady spots under the large canopy. Romantic terraces next to the house offer wonderful places to enjoy your meals. What a wonderful setting for an enjoyable breakfast in the morning under a deep blue sky! A breakfast buffet is served daily. The friendly host family prepares a hearty, typical Mallorcan dinner every other day, sometimes on the large, open outdoor barbecue. By the way: A small shop run by the owners offers homemade jam, olive oil and other products from the villa on site.

You can go shopping in the village or alternatively drive to Manacor or Artà. In these two small towns you will find everything you need for your daily needs. They also offer a large selection of restaurants with recommended Mallorcan cuisine. The beaches in the eastern part of the island are easy to reach and are around 12 kilometres away. On Thursdays, you can experience the weekly market in Sant Llorenc and buy fresh delicacies from the region.

Sant Llorenc is only five minutes away by car. Here you will find a bakery, a supermarket, a pharmacy and restaurants.
The drive from the villa to Palma de Mallorca airport takes just under an hour (62 kilometres).
