Situated right by the idyllic Højkilde Fiskesø and close to Skjern Å, this charming house is ideal for nature lovers and anglers who want to enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings while pursuing their hobby. Start the day with breakfast on the covered terrace, from where you can enjoy the view of the surrounding nature and lush greenery. The house is surrounded by a large, natural garden and offers plenty of space to relax and explore. The cosy living room is furnished with comfortable furniture and invites you to linger. Sit back and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere that this house offers. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare the fish you have caught.

For anglers, this holiday home is a real treasure. It includes a section of Skjern Å, for which four fishing licences are included. However, you still have to take care of the state fishing licence, salmon fishing licence etc. yourself. Use the communal fish cleaning table by the river to clean your catch on the spot. A large freezer in the nearby community centre allows you to store your fresh fish safely.

You can also visit the nearby town of Herning for a city tour or take a trip to Legoland.
