Beautiful, bright and modern newly built villa with private pool in Barbentane in the Alpilles region, just 1 km from the village center and the first stores. The fully air-conditioned apartment has a kitchen open to the living room with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and a dining room with access to the outdoor terrace. It also has four bedrooms, including three on the upper floor, and three bathrooms. There is a pool table, comfortable sofas and a TV leading to a smart kitchen with modern appliances. Outside, the enclosed garden has a private pool measuring 10 x 4 m, a terrace shaded by a parasol and several sun loungers around the pool for relaxing. The house is ideally located for walks in the Montagnette hills, easy access to Avignon and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence or visits to Les Baux-de-Provence and the Abbaye Saint Michel de Frigolet.
