Originally built in 1778 and extended in the 20th century, the farmhouse has retained its traditional, rustic charm while offering you modern comforts.
Access to the house is via a shared, steep path. Enter the house on the first floor and look around the spacious living and dining area with access to a wooden terrace offering plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining. Bedrooms on both floors with en suite bathrooms, some with panoramic views and plenty of comfort.
The kitchen impresses with its timeless, rustic charm with refurbished furniture and modern appliances, where not only amateur chefs love to swing their cooking spoons.

The outdoor area consists of three terraces with open access to the field, providing a seamless connection to nature. Relax on the central terrace, which offers a private and independent space with exotic wood tables. The landscaped swimming pool, which cannot be overlooked, features a gently sloping beach, a wooden pontoon and an overflow for a refreshing experience. Maintenance of the garden and pool is crucial and the dedicated staff ensure cleanliness and safety. A small pond next to the pool is home to koi carp and ducks, adding to the charm of the grounds. The terraces are planted with shady olive trees and holm oaks.

You can swim in the river or go canoeing in the surrounding area. Visit Nimes, a city with impressive historical buildings such as the Roman amphitheater and the Maison Carrée, a perfectly preserved temple from antiquity, as well as interesting street art.

Despite its age, the house offers you comfort and character and promises a peaceful retreat in the countryside.
