This modern holiday apartment for 2 people is located just 200 metres from the Tiefwarensee lake in a separate outbuilding on the owner's fenced residential property of around 1,800 square metres. There is a beautiful view of the lake from the property and you can also go swimming in the immediate vicinity. The approx. 51 square metre, centrally heated, non-smoking flat has a living room (upholstered furniture, armchair, flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio, dining area), a small kitchen (2-burner electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed, dressing area) and a bathroom (walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer). There is also a furnished terrace, a bicycle storage room and a car park (carport). The final cleaning and water costs are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented. To be paid on site: Electricity, gas according to consumption, laundry package, visitor's tax. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
