Casa Vivo is a rustic holiday home for 8 guests with swimming pool in the residential area of the village Labinci in the wider surroundings of Porec.
The house (semi-detached house) was built in the first decade of the years 2000 in traditional style and is situated on an enclosed property where guests have an outdoor swimming pool, covered terrace with dining table, barbecue and two parking places at their disposal.
In the village Kastelir-Labinci within 1-2 km there is a shop, restaurant, wine and olive oil roads, and in 10 minutes by car there is a paragliding track, modern go-kart track with other adrenaline contents and the holiday resort Lanterna with pebble beaches and various sports and leisure facilities.
Casa Vivo for 8 people has two air-conditioned floors with a total living area of 155 sqm. On the ground floor is a living room with equipped kitchen, dining table and living room, a double bedroom and a shower/toilet. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, one of which has its own shower/toilet and a shower/toilet in the hall. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
