Villa Chiara is a beautiful 4-bedroom vacation villa located in the eastern part of the Istrian peninsula, just 4 km from the sea. The first floor of this stylish villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room and a bedroom with bathroom. On the upper floor are the other 3 bedrooms with bathrooms. The beautiful sunny balconies with stunning views of nature and the sea will surely be one of your favorite places to have breakfast or your morning coffee. The interior of the villa is furnished with style and attention to detail, while at the same time ensuring that you have everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Table soccer on the terrace next to the pool is at your disposal for more fun during your stay, as well as a small soccer pitch and a children's playground shared with the neighboring villa.Sveti Lovrec Labinski is a small village in the eastern part of Istria, just a few minutes' drive from the coast. It is the perfect starting point for day trips to the famous towns of Pula, Opatija and Labin-Rabac. Labin is the historical and administrative center of eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for history and art lovers with its rich cultural and architectural heritage. The steep, winding streets of the old town are home to well-preserved historic palaces, numerous art galleries and ateliers. Various jazz and classical music festivals take place in the summer months. The town offers several excellent fish restaurants, with many local products on offer, as well as many cozy cafés, ideal for enjoying the relaxed atmosphere. Labin's seaside resort is Rabac, once a fishing village and now a popular tourist destination, surrounded by heavenly pebble beaches. The east coast of Istria offers a variety of beaches and crystal clear sea. The pristine coastline reveals quiet bays with gentle pebbles and rocks, surrounded by evergreen forests.
