The living room is followed by the modern dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is bright and has an exit to the garden. On the first floor there are 2 charming bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. On the second floor there are 2 more beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the rooms has a charming shaded balcony. This has a view of the island greenery and the pool. All rooms in the villa also have air conditioning.
Stay on the covered terrace and enjoy the fresh air in the shade or soak up the sun in the garden. Whenever you feel the need to freshen up, you can jump into the pool and soothe the warm summer temperatures. Whether you like to sit in the shaded area or sunbathe, you are sure to relax. The beautiful family villa Rossita is located in the village of Muline on the island of Ugljan. Ugljan is an island near the city of Zadar and the best place for a family vacation. It is close to the city, but also far enough away from the busy tourist area. Of all the islands in the Zadar archipelago, it is the closest to the city - only 30 minutes by ferry. Zadar is a beautiful medieval town with a historically rich peninsula. Some of its sights date back to ancient times and it is home to the famous and unique Sea Organ.
Nearby is also a famous national park Kornati and the most famous sandy beach in Croatia on the island of Dugi Otok. We definitely recommend exploring the island of Ugljan, as it offers many interesting sights. It was settled by Romans and the village of Muline was the main center for the production of olive oil. Its name is derived from the word 'ugljen', which in Croatian means charcoal, which used to be made here from wood. Today, the island of Ugljan is very famous for the cultivation of figs, olives, wine and fishing. We highly recommend trying local products and dishes. Ugljan is also known as the "Garden of Zadar" as the island has around 70% authentic vegetation. The climate is also perfect for growing fruit, vegetables and forests. Our beautiful Villa Rossita is located very close to the sea and the sandy beach Muline. We believe that any exploration of the island will be enjoyable and very tempting. The restaurant, stores and cafes are all within 500 meters. If you want to go for long walks or bike rides, Ugljan offers many hiking and biking trails.
