Villa Vara is a very special villa, located on the edge of the Cape Kamenjak Nature Park, only 300 meters from the first beach and surrounded by a beautiful forest and about 80 olive trees. This magnificent villa consists of two floors, or two separate apartments. Both apartments consist of a cozy living area with a modern kitchen, two comfortable double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The living area on the second floor faces the sea and offers a wonderful panoramic view. From here you have direct access to the outdoor terrace with a lounge area, ideal for enjoying quiet, warm summer nights with a drink or two. The property is completely fenced, surrounded by a forest and therefore offers a lot of privacy. The outdoor area is a true oasis in itself: it offers a beautiful private pool, a covered dining area for 8 people with barbecue and comfortable poolside lounge areas that you are sure to enjoy. All the details in this tastefully designed and decorated villa have been carefully selected by the owners from different parts of the world to offer guests a pleasant stay.

Premantura is located on an elevated part of Cape Kamenjak - the sunniest part of Istria, whose 30 km long coastline offers a number of beaches, bays and islets ideal for families and sunbathing. Premantura is surrounded by the sea on three sides and is a popular vacation destination for all windsurfing and kayaking enthusiasts. Those looking for a more active vacation can also enjoy tennis, mini golf and a boules court. Cape Kamenjak is a nature reserve that offers beautiful views, crystal clear turquoise sea and 530 plant species, some of which are endemic. Building on the cape is prohibited and the best way to explore Kamenjak is by bike. Pula is the largest port and tourist hub in Istria. Rich in cultural and traditional aspects but also due to the beautiful natural landscape, Pula offers all kinds of leisure activities such as sports facilities, night club, casino, pubs and restaurants as well as organized tours. The symbol of this city is definitely the twenty centuries old city arena, where spectacular gladiator fights took place in Roman times. A trip with the whole family to the Brijuni National Park is also definitely worth a visit.
