Villa Elia is a beautiful authentic Istrian stone house that has been restored under a preservation order. The villa is located in a very quiet area and guarantees you an unforgettable relaxing holiday in a traditional environment. Villa Elia can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests in 4 individually designed, comfortable double rooms, each with its own bathroom.
Two rooms are located on the ground floor of the villa as well as a separate guest WC. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, a cosy open-plan living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities to make your holiday even more relaxed and carefree.
The outdoor area offers a relaxing spot by the pool. There you can relax while sunbathing or swimming in the pool. The outdoor kitchen with covered dining area is located right next to the pool and is equipped with all the necessities to taste delicious local specialities that you and your family and friends can enjoy outdoors in the evening. For the younger visitors, the villa offers carefree fun on a trampoline, swing and slide and has parking for 4 cars and WiFi. Come to VIlla Elia and enjoy a unique holiday :)The beautiful Villa Elia is located in a small hamlet in the central part of Istria. Istria is easily accessible and has an excellent road network with little traffic. The coast with the major tourist centres and Pula airport are not too far away. The nearest beach in Plomin Luka is 10 kilometres away. The Istrian peninsula Terra Magica is located on the Adriatic Sea, the closest warm sea in the heart of Europe. Rabac, the pearl of the Kvarner Bay, belongs to the eastern part of the peninsula. In the western part, the fantastic medieval castle of Pazin (Kastel) lies 130 metres above the cliff where the Pazinica River flows into the Pazin Pit: This is the setting for the novel Mathias Sandorf by the famous French writer Jules Verne, which was published in 1885. Nowadays there is a Jules Verne Club in Pazin, and Jules Verne Days are organised every year at the end of June.
