60 qm großes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe im schönen Waabs auf der Halbinsel Schwansen. Auf einem 400 qm großen Grundstück warten Urlaub und Erholung auf Sie. Verweilen Sie in Gartenmöbeln auf der Südterrasse und genießen Sie einen gemütlichen Grillabend im Garten. Ein PKW-Stellplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Ferienhaus in Waabs.
Im Erdgeschoss finden sich die Wohnküche, das Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit gemütlichem Doppelbett und ein Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung, Dusche und WC. Ein Kaminofen sorgt für zusätzliche Gemütlichkeit. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei kleine Schlafzimmer und eine Galerie mit einem Schlafsofa, die offen zum Wohnzimmer ist. Sehr ruhiges Einzelhaus, perfekt für erholungsuchende Urlauber.
Das Grundstück nicht fest eingezäunt, aber gut für Hunde geeignet.
