Zdrelac is a small village on the island of Pasman within the Zadar County. It is named after the narrow passage, which divides the magically beautiful islands of Pašman and Ugljan and it is called Zdril. There is also a bridge built in 1973, 210 metres long, which connects the two islands.

Villa Fuxbau is a modern villa overlooking the endless blue sea, a sophisticated luxury you will surely appreciate. It was built in 2017 and it is located just 6 metres from the turquoise Adriatic. There are 5 airy bedrooms in the villa, with comfortable box spring beds, in shades of grey and brown. It has all the necessary comforts a modern villa has to offer.

A good sleep is beneficial for a revitalizing holiday, but locally purchased groceries as well. Such foods can be easily prepared in the spacious kitchen including top-quality coffee maker. The dining and living area are beautifully designed open concept spaces, following the latest architectural standards. Thanks to this kind of design, during your relaxing holiday you will always have an abundance of natural light and a view at the soothing Adriatic. Should we mention that part of the villa offer is also a swimming pool, for a refreshing dip whenever you want. The villa is west – facing so you will be able to watch the sunsets from your loungers by the pool.

An additional service to the guests of the villa is a hostess, who will clean the house and buy food such as fresh fish and meat per request. She is 0-24 hours at the service of the guests of the villa, without extra charges. In front of the house is a boat mooring for a RIB Boat of 7m. Guests who do not own a driving licence can rent a skipper in advance.

Do not hesitate, get ready for a holiday by the sea, in a location where many boaters will envy you. This is your opportunity to visit the Kornati National Park, which is in the immediate vicinity. The island is well connected by ferry lines to the famous, historical cities Zadar and Biograd.
