The Fluhenstein vacation apartment is located on the eastern outskirts of Sonthofen. Due to its central location, everyday shopping such as bakeries and grocery stores can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. You can start your various activities in the area by car or with the free city bus/ring bus. Sonthofen is a city of short distances. In 5 minutes you can be in the city or out in nature. A bus stop is nearby (30m) and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the train station.
From the southwest balcony of the vacation apartment, you can enjoy views of the Grünten and the Nagelfluh chain, as well as the Hörner group. After an eventful day, you can relax with beautiful sunsets.
The Allgäu-Walser Pass is available to you during your stay. To do this, you must fill out your registration form from home and complete the online check-in! After that, download the Allgäu-Walser app and activate your pass there. Numerous discounts and free bus rides are available with the Allgäu-Walser Pass.
The centrally located vacation apartment is situated on the first floor of a multi-family house. In our bright and sunny 2-room vacation apartment (70sqm) you will find:
1 large bedroom with a high-quality box spring bed (180cm*200cm) and a large sliding wardrobe with mirrored elements.
1 bathroom with sink, toilet, and walk-in shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove with ceramic cooktop and oven. Small appliances such as a fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, waffle maker, hand mixer, microwave, and various utensils for daily cooking/baking needs are available. For our little guests, there is also children's dishes and cups. There is also seating with 2 bar stools, so nothing stands in the way of cooking and chatting together.
The cozy living/dining area invites you to enjoy a hearty breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A large sofa with a chaise lounge (sleeping function: proper mattress 160cm*200cm with slatted frame) and a smart TV allow for less action-packed days. From here, you can access the southwest balcony with a wonderful mountain view of the Grünten, Mittag, and Hörner group. Sufficient balcony furniture including a sunshade is available.
1 garage that should be used as a parking space. The parking spaces in the yard belong to the other residents. Please do not park in front of the garages or opposite!
The vacation apartment includes a communal garden that may also be used.
Pets are not allowed in the house and in the vacation apartment!
A guest folder is provided in the vacation apartment, where you will find important information about the apartment/facility as well as for leisure activities.
Pets and smoking in the vacation apartment are not allowed!
The Allgäu-Walser Pass, which allows you to take advantage of numerous discounts and travel for free by bus, will be issued to you once you have filled out your registration form and completed the online check-in. You can activate the Allgäu-Walser Pass through the Allgäu-Walser app, which you must download and install.
