This beautiful holiday home welcomes you to the south of Istria. Just a few kilometres from the sea, you can relax with your family. Enjoy the colourful rooms, which offer you everything you need to feel at home. Use the living room as a natural meeting place for the family, make yourself comfortable on the sofa, conjure up delicious meals or play games at the dining table.

The garden becomes a paradise for your little ones. Climbing, jumping on the swings, there are no limits to what your children can do. In the evening, you can barbecue and eat together on the large, beautifully tiled terrace and sit outside until late in the evening.

The small and quiet village of Linjan is the ideal starting point for small and larger excursions in the South Istria region. Visit the numerous bays and beaches along the coast and jump into the crystal-clear blue water. Visit the Kemanjak Nature Park in the Premantura region and if you fancy a city break, head to Pula or Medulin. Many leisure activities and special sights attract holidaymakers from near and far.
