The Residence "Excelsior" lies in a great position directly in front of the beach in Lignano Pineta and it is surrounded by a well-kept natural pine wood where a small footpath guides you directly to the beach; it has numbered parking places, several elevators and a custodian.
Type D2: the apartment lies on the 13th floor and is very spacious, bright, modern and well furnished; it is composed by a great living room with sofa and kitchen corner, a nice furnished balcony with an amazing view to the sea and the pinewood, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with a single and an extra bed and two bathrooms with shower/WC.
