Holiday flat with terrace and garden

Sonnberg 82 is situated in a very sunny location on a south-facing slope, approx. 2 km from the village centre, only approx. 300 m from the "Steinbergbahn" with super ski run and 4* Hotel Krallerhof - Kralleralm, an ideal starting point for hikes past beautiful farms with colourful meadows to the farmed alpine pastures and for experienced mountaineers further up to the Leoganger Steinberge mountains, where you can take a train or bus ride to the surrounding area to slow down. The bus stops are approx. 5 minutes' walk away and the flat is barrier-free but not wheelchair accessible. Pets of any kind are not allowed in the apartment!

Private terrace, large garden for shared use

The flat with approx. 53 m2 is located on the ground floor of our house Sonnberg 82 and has a fully equipped kitchen with four-plate electric cooker and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, crockery, cutlery, etc.. A breakfast bar, dining table with corner bench and upholstered chairs are available. In the living room with exit to the large sun terrace, there is a seating area with pull-out couch - usable as a double bed, small table, wardrobe and the colour TV with cable connection.the flat has a bedroom with double bed - 200 cm long and single bed 190 cm long, a small bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and towel dryer, there is also a separate toilet with washbasin and Alibert.bed linen, towels and tea towels etc. are provided by us. Storage facilities for bicycles, skis, etc. are available.WLAN (sometimes susceptible to interference) Sufficient car parking spaces are available
