It doesn't get any more beautiful than this!  The spacious, light-flooded 4.5-room villetta above Brissago spoils you with a breathtaking 180° view over Lake Maggiore. The panoramic view extends from the Swiss Alps with the lakeside towns of Locarno and Ascona far into the Italian lake basin. You can also see the ship dock and the castles of Bellinzona, which are illuminated in the evening. No matter if you are on the terrace, the balcony, in the garden or house - you always have the beautiful Lago in front of your eyes.

So if you want to spend an all-round relaxing vacation in an atmospheric ambience, the "Villetta Vista Bellissima" welcomes you and offers comfortable space for up to 4 people. The Villetta is part of a charming and well-kept estate with four apartments and is located at the end of a quiet private road lined by a forest and palm groves. 

Although we have advertised this property as an apartment, you will enjoy your own "villetta" as it offers a great deal of privacy with 5 beds. 

The wonderful thing about the Villetta is that you can live indoors as well as outdoors - according to your mood and the season. Outside, in addition to the spacious pergola and the balcony on the second floor, there is a romantic garden seating area with outdoor fireplace and another secluded seating area slightly elevated, where you can enjoy a cozy evening with an aperitivo.

If it gets a little fresh, just move into the house. On the first floor you will find a comfortable living-dining area with an open, well-equipped kitchen. The whole is crowned by a spectacular view over the lake. A guest toilet is directly adjacent. Upstairs is the bathroom with double lavabo, bathtub/shower and WC, and three bedrooms - all with lake views:

- One room with double bed and direct access to the balcony.
- The second room, also with access to the balcony, offers as sleeping possibilities a comfortable pull-out sofa as well as three           mattresses on the loft in the attic, which can be reached via an open ladder. A great fun, not only for children!
- The third room is equipped with two single beds.

If you feel the need to jump into the cool water after a heavenly quiet night, then you have a short walk of about 7 minutes ahead of you. An 11 x 5.5 meter shared pool with sunbathing lawn and outdoor shower is at your disposal.

Insider tip: In the months of December to February there are the fewest rainy days in the year, which means that there are already a few hours of warming sun that you can spend outside. Those who need peace and quiet will appreciate these months very much.

Important note: There is a direct access to the house, but not to the apartment. Access is via several stairs (total 84 steps).

    “Die Ansprechspartnerin von der Verwaltung war sehr nett und Freundlich. Wir konnten jederzeit anrufen und Fragen wen was war. Super Service Positiv: Die schöne Aussicht von oben über den See ist einfach fantastisch. Negativ: Hat viele Treppenstufen zur Wohnung. Aber die Aussicht ist wirklich wunderschön.”

    “Trotz den zwei Negativpunkten haben wir die Ferien sehr genossen. Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es sind viele Grundartikel vorhanden wie WC-Papier, Seife, Kehrichtsäcke etc. Die Aussicht vor allem vom ersten Stock aus ist fantastisch. Wir haben hier erholsame Ferientage verbracht. Negativ: Zugang zum Objekt Treppe: Es sind 84 Stufen. Ich finde das müsste erwähnt werden. Es macht einen Unterschied ob es 20 oder 84 Stufen sind.
    An 2-3 Tagen waren die Tagestemperaturen tief. Da wurde es in der Wohnung ungemütlich. Die Heizung wurde nicht in Betrieb gesetzt.”
