Gite fitted out in a Lauragaise farm with garden and swimming pool. A stone's throw from the Canal du Midi (Écluse du Vivier), starting point for many walks and bike rides. The Gîte is located 3 km from St Martin Lalande and 4 km from Castelnaudary. All shops nearby. You will taste the local cuisine: the famous Cassoulet de Castelnaudary. Many local producers (vegetables and fruits depending on the season, poultry). The Black Mountain lakes (St Ferréol, Lampy, Cammazes) are 30 minutes away and will offer you pleasant walks and swimming spots. Halfway between Carcassonne and Toulouse, between the Pyrenees and the Montagne Noire. The Mediterranean beaches are 1h15 away. Many historic sites to visit: Benedictine Abbey of Saint Papoul, Revel, Soréze, Lastours Castles, Cathar sites... Gîte includes: a large living room with kitchen (fully equipped), opening onto the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. On the 1st and 2nd floor: bedroom 1: 160/200 bed, bedroom 2: 2x 90/200 beds (or 180/200 bed), bedroom 3: 160/200 bed, bedroom 4: 2x 90/200 beds (or 180 /200) + child's bed 90/180, all with adjoining shower room and WC. Large garden with owners' swimming pool available. Car shelters. Electric heating and pellet stove (10€/bag). Cleaning included.
