With about 390 m², on four levels, the villa features on the ground floor a large and bright Living room, comfortably furnished with a HD TV. From there, you access the dining area and kitchen with large windows overlooking the sea, and a fully equipped Kitchen (a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction plates, coffee maker, etc.) with a seating area and guest lavatory.You can go out directly onto the veranda and the terrace, to access the pool, overlooking the sea.On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with King size beds. Each bedroom has an air-conditioning and HD TV. There are also two full bathrooms and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. On the second floor, there are two en suite bedrooms with King size beds and an additional bathroom. One bedroom also has a terrace overlooking the sea. On the same floor, there can also be found a kitchen with seating area and spacious terrace.The third floor dispose with large en suite bedroom and terrace, which has an astonishing sea view.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a beautiful private landscaped patio with numerous pine trees, grassed and wooded natural area, a beautiful 20 m² heated pool with a stunning view, barbecue and garden furniture.
