Although the accommodation is not located on the beachfront, in a few minutes you can be enjoying the wide beaches in the area. Being on the seventh floor you will enjoy sunrises and tranquility, having breakfast or lunch with the family in this location will provide you with one of the best memories of your vacation.

You will enjoy very well maintained and updated facilities within the community, the pool is temporary, do not hesitate to consult the agency about the availability of the pool. (These dates are set by the community and there may be changes, also keep in mind that since the accommodation is in a community it must respect the community's rules of coexistence).

Upon entering, the accommodation offers you a partial view of the living room and the large terrace with views. You can also see the kitchen, where thanks to its complete equipment it will be easy for you to prepare all types of lunches.

The spacious and bright living room will provide you with a meeting place inside the house, whether for lunch or watching television you will feel comfortable and always with reference to the outside thanks to the large windows that give you access to the terrace.

You will have outdoor furniture and a large, easy-to-use awning that will protect you from the sun during the day and humidity at night, making this space one of the best meeting points in the accommodation.

It has a complete bathroom with a bathtub located in the general hallway of the accommodation that leads to the three bedrooms. All with a window to the outside, furniture or closets to store your luggage and double beds in the three bedrooms. As you will see, the quality and warmth in decoration and rest are very high, without a doubt, this can be one of your best vacation experiences within the urban center with the beach just a few minutes away.

One of the bedrooms, in addition to having direct access to the terrace, has a complete bathroom with an en-suite shower, very comfortable and intimate if you are traveling with the little ones in the house.
